He is the caretaker of the vigilance book and the Tongue cell guardian.
He is the language demon and comes as half-man and half-howler monkey. He is mocking, meticulous and obsessive. He devotes his complete attention toward the relationship between language and powers. Wherever he can, he upsets language and thought habits and he is proud of it.
